Easter is next week. I can not believe it is here already. The girls are so excited for Easter Egg hunts and dying Easter Eggs. I have a surprise for them for an Easter dessert. I will be making Easter bunny cupcakes. These cupcakes are so easy to make and they are too cute that they will make the perfect Easter cupcakes. In order to make them, you will need a pastry bag with a piping tip. You will also need to get these cute little ears and edible eyes. These are different bunny ears than in the picture. These are available at a local store. If you can’t find them, these are a nice substitute.
